2022 Annual Report
In 2022, we developed new program systems, established new understanding, relationships, and awareness with residents locally, and across the city. We know these systems and practices will be essential to our success in 2023 and beyond.View Report
We advocated on affordable housing, the city budget, pandemic recovery, community safety, and anti-racism issues. Internal policies were created to meet new safety regulations and make sure we stayed a safe and accessible place.View Report
Deepening poverty, a local physical revitalization underway, changing demographics, and the surfacing of new challenges, 2019 was a year spent revisiting community needs, partnerships and priorities.View Report
2018 saw an unprecedented number of gun-violence related deaths, and shifting government priorities. The #TOCares Anti-Gun-Violence Campaign and better supporting our senior neighbours were top priorities.View Report
This year, SCCC intentionally focused on two themes: strengthening our local responses to community needs, and promoting our models and programs related to social enterprise to address a changing labour economy.View Report
