Youth Youth Programs
WHOOpen to all youth and young adults up to 29
WHATAre you a gamer?
Interested in playing the latest games and game systems?
Gym will be set up with multiple consoles including PS5, XBOX, and Nintendo Switch.
Streaming Raptors/Leafs games when teams are playing.
Refreshments provided.

Girl’s Soccer Program – Fuel the Soul

PARTNERSHIP WITH:

WHAT‘Fuel the Soul’ – Girl’s Soccer program is a 3-hour weekly program focus on supporting girls and young women through sport and mental health wellness workshops to develop skills to increase their resilience, grit, team work and self-confidence on and off the field.

Youth Youth Programs

Open to youth of all ages, this program provides opportunities for physical activity, team-building, physical and social skills development, making friends and having fun. Activities include: badminton, basketball, ball hockey and volleyball.

Newcomer Youth Program

For youth ages 13- 17, recreational activities include basketball, badminton, boxing, soccer, hockey, table tennis, workshops, computer labs, cooking, art projects, board/video games, outings, homework club and English conversation circles.

Youth Youth Programs

For youth ages 16-24 affected by mental health and/or substance use concerns. Peer-led group discussions (health promotion, substance use prevention, harm reduction); youth-led music production (beat production, studio time); workshops, visual arts (animation, painting, photography); wellness, spoken word and writing workshops.

Investing in our Diversity Scholarship Program (IIOD)

Scholarship Youth Programs

Scholarships for post-secondary education awarded on demonstrated leadership in community anti-racism and safety projects. Access to field-related employment opportunities, career building support and networks. Recipients may also receive a second year scholarship from some academic institutions.
