Using a variety of theatre techniques, including popular theatre, verbal and non-verbal, role-playing movement and scene building, this program includes informative workshops related to theatre, field trips, guest speakers, and guest performers.

A variety of theatre techniques are used including popular theatre, verbal and non-verbal, role-playing movement and scene building in this program. It offers unique opportunities for participants to socialize, learn new skills and demonstrate their talents!

Time: 10 am – 12 noon
Session: Fall 2026, September 19 – November 28
Place: Scadding Court Community Centre

Swim and Social
Beyond Boundaries
A short swim (accessible water chair lift available) followed by a social gathering afterwards, this program offers something for all. Board games, cards, arts/crafts or just interesting conversation are always available. Light refreshments and healthy snacks are served.
Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6 pm – 8 pm
Place: Scadding Court CC, Pool & Room 1
Flavours of Diversity
A culinary program encouraging creativity and fun, this program brings participants together to learn new recipes, share skills and socialize. Food included.
