A host of social development and recreation programming for children ages 6-12. Many services are FREE with SCCC membership!
A variety of daily programs for children 6-12 including reading and bookmaking, Science Club, Computer Club, Badminton, Creative Arts, Basketball and more. Activities vary from season to season. A healthy snack is provided and a “Walking School Bus” picks children up from Charles G Fraser PS & Ryerson CS and walks them home.
A high quality summer program for children ages 6-12, the range of activities include arts and crafts, drama, swimming, reading, cooking, sports and field trips. This program includes integration of children with disabilities where possible.
Children learn the techniques and skills associated with boxing with a professional trainer. This program helps children understand the basics of boxing, hone their skills and have an opportunity to learn with professional trainers. Children ages 6-12. A high quality one (1) week day camp that offers a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, reading, cooking, sports and field trips.
Pairing children with mentors from U of T’s Faculty of Medicine, weekly activities include: cooking, reading, trips to the Science Centre, and more. Themes include: nutrition, cultural appreciation, physical activity, literacy, creativity, goal setting, behaviour modelling and STEM education.

Offered Saturdays, youth ages 6-12 learn hockey skills and drills, make new friends and spend time with fun and friendly staff! No equipment needed.
An annual award of $100 each to two students in area middle schools in recognition of their support to newcomer students adjusting to the Toronto school system. The awards are based on demonstrating friendship, providing peer guidance, and offering assistance when needed.
