To raise awareness and celebrate Black community achievements every day as part of our heritage, our current society, and the future of our country.
On this day in 1976, Alexandra Park Community Centre (aka Alexandra Park Residents’ Association) was incorporated.
Rhymes Oso – a long time resident and AP community member – will share his thoughts on the vibrancy, leadership, resilience, and successes of this neighbourhood to show what can be achieved ‘When Roots Run Deep’.
